Great espresso. Nice cold brew (orange & tonic, cocoa nibs). Pastries at Maison Jean Philippe nearby. Bad for working: few barstools at counter. Common seating area is dark. Outdoor seating is hot.

They’ve got wifi, just ask the server to give you an access code! The breakfast is yummy, the poached eggs on the avocado toast were perfectly runny and the orange juice was fresh!
