What a peaceful park, perfect to sit down and enjoy a moment (or few) of tranquility in this beautiful park by the Chao Pharya river.
Set in a refurbished house in the middle of a quiet Sukhumvit soi. Blue bye gives a relaxed ambience with unique decor. Think indie red Indian hunters home! Indian Shake is lovely and refreshing.
Crunchy chicken flakes--fried chicken fillet with corn flakes crust; kombucha tea--first I have seen; laid back street, quiet, calm neighborhood coffee shop w/ stylish and 'campy' feel.
Quiet cafe with cool staff. Food was really good, especially the cornflake chicken.

Best boutique Hotel in bangkok (and I tried almost all of them). very quiet, romantic, special, unique... must stay!
I would say there are WAY TOO MANY MOSQUITOS! But nice atmospgere and is very peaceful even though it is located in the centre/busibess area of Bangkok.
New resort hotel in the depths of Sathorn. Good service. Peaceful environs about 15mins walk to main road. Hotel provides an hourly shuttle to Lumpini Mrt which is useful. Decent pool and breakfast.

Breakfast is great, rooms r nice and clean. Quiet area, Kao San Rd. can be reached within 5-10 min walk. Hotel has a roofgarden with view over Bangkok. Enjoy ur beer up there ;)
