Great hotel! Clean, comfortable and modern rooms. Free tuk tuk to terminal 21 daily from 7am-11pm. Excellent staff and service! Plus I got a free room upgrade. Will definitely return!

Excellent front desk service. Basics of room fit out are good. No bidet. Good pool and gym. Some staff may have difficulty understanding English. 4 out of 5 stars!

Besides the fact that this is one of the best hotels in Bangkok, they have the most delicious mango sticky rice I have ever tasted anywhere in Thailand!
The breakfasts were amazing. The room service and laundry service were wonderful as well. This hotel definitely deserves its high ratings. It achieves high levels of service for every endeavor.
