The Reuben was awesome! My friend got the muffuletta and it was amazing as well. Onion rings were not my favorite but the cheese fries and fried pickles were delicious.
Tuesdays special pot roast, potatoes and gravy is delicious and hearty with that home cooked feeling! Great food, divey place but has charm.

The best poboy you're going to get from a drive thru in the city. I like the roast beef poboy with gravy. The shrimp poboy is quality as well.

Frostop is a landmark in Baton Rouge since the 1950's. Home made root beer, burgers and Po-boys. Stop for a root beer in a frozen mug or root beer float and you will not regret it.
Terrific service! Had (and loved) red beans and rice, catfish po boy, and onion rings.
As a Monday customer, I usually select the red beans or white beans with rice and delicious cornbread. The Mississippi Mud pie is fabulous!

Haven't had anything bad! Service is always great. Oysters are always a good option for an appetizer but also the pepper jelly shrimp. Grilled tuna with the monica sauce is always my first choice.

If you want crawfish during the season gotta get there early. They get very crowded. These are nice folks and they will treat you right.

Filet burger is a must, try a different beer than the usual, I love the perfect tin roof, not to hoppy or bitter, nice rounded taste and very satisfying. Excited we have a great beer company in BTR!

You must indulge in the biscuits at least once. Probably the best thing there. I've heard the Cajun-style eggs Benedict are good. All-in-all it's breakfast food, not too terribly hard to get wrong.
