Highly recommend the burrito in a bowl. Either eating in or taking out, this place is amazing and it's enough for two to share.

I had the Triple Delight. The Shrimp chicken and Beef were wonderful. The broccoli was perfect. I highly recommend this restaurant for quality of food and price. Atmosphere is simple.
Be prepared for take out. You can't dine in. Great food though!

Hot and sour soup may be best in baton rouge. All appetizers are fantastic but their plates aren't always very good.

The donuts are all so fresh and unique. You can’t go wrong with any of them but the King Cake is a favorite of mine. Nitro cold brew is a must.
I love the donut sandwich and waffle fries. I wasn’t impressed with their regular chocolate frosting donut but their specialities seem much better. Pricey though.
Choose a flavor that you normally wouldn’t, because you won’t regret it. 🍩

We've been fans is Superior grill for a long time, but last weekend my wife and I had dinner at Velvet Cactus...and what a pleasant surprise!! The food rinks and service excellent!
The atmosphere is nice but a little cramped in seating outside. Food was good but I'm not raving. I may give it another try. Great plus, though, the margaritas.
Food is wack, expensive and they take forever to bring it out. If you are looking for “Mexican” places there are plenty of more that are much cheaper and much better.
