Chicken pho is best we've had in Bellevue. After trying several others, this is the new spot for us.

fantastic ramen. i always get the vegetarian with the half boiled egg. friends recommend half sodium on other broths (not applicable for vege).

We love that Square Lotus has a wide variety of choices for both vegetarians and non-vegetarians. The vegetarian chicken pho is my must order every time I go there.

don't be deceived by the fact that this spot is in a mall. outpost of the Tapei original and the best dim sum I've had outside of Asia. soup dumplings are redonk.

Can't decide? Get the combination kabob. My favorite meat in the combo kabob was the lamb. Enough food for 2+, enough garlic for 10+ but it's so tasty!
You will *need* to split the entrees here as they are enormous. The food is delicious though.
