The waitresses are incredibly adorable and endearing. We've only been here twice and they recognized us. And didn't charge us for beers! Plus the food is delicious. Try the foie gras + daikon!

The beef tongue 'skewer' is $6, making it the priciest of its section, but the portion is large and even comes with grated radish and a side salad!

Aside from being a good butcher shop their daily sandwiches (changes daily and is pre-made) are the diggity-bomb.
With both Japanese and American influences, the menu spans sushi, miso-cured pork chops, sea urchin fettuccine, and hibachi-grilled beef tongue. It's rustic and refined at the same time.

Amazing hole-in-the wall Japanese place. The Chashu ramen with gyoza is one the best things on the menu. Be sure to to try the wasabi chicken skewers as well.
Noriko's curry is fantastic, a good 'homey' dish for cold-weather days.

Try the Momo Combination - 3 Chicken momos, 3 tofu momos, 3 mushroom momos. Chicken were my favorites. They're like Tibetan potstickers.
For the record, the 'spicy' is tolerable. 'Medium spicy' is mild.
Get the momos, especially a combo to share. Also, save room for the Bhaktsa Marku for dessert!
Brunch is fantastic. Omelettes and waffles v good. Drip coffee, oddly, is horrible. Maybe go for a cappuccino if you need caffeine.

Their Halibut Fish & Chips is out of this world- so much flakier and tender than Cod- Try the Crab Cake on Succotash pesto-Sauce- Hmm and what a View! We always get their artichoke dip to begin.
Excellent Japanese food. I chose a bento of teriyaki beef with shrimp tempura and sashimi. Highly recommended.
