Carolyn Kao: Sashimi is ON POINT. Damn, the scallops melted in my mouth.
T Z: Roasted Angus beef tongue melts in your tongue. Corn tempura also delicious. Sashimi special 👌 yaki udon alright / too salty. snow crab & brocollini alright.
Marta Tappero: Kiraku does not disappoints! Except for the line outside. Service is kind and food is delicious! Sashimi so fresh and special uni eel, loved that one. Sake tasting too. But expensive, but worth it!

JR -: Huge chirashi don just for $12! This is so not mini! Also come here 5-7pm for happy hour specials like 5 pieces of sashimi for $7.50!
Leon Wong: Weekly specials (served until 7pm) are a real draw. For $6.50, you get authentic home cooking. Just get here early for dinner to beat the bargain hunters. Mini chirashi is best sushi deal in town.
Dermot D.: Tried the Chashu Ramen with shoyu. I will try it with miso next time.

Victor Oliveros: Best yakitori in the Bay Area. Order the chicken sashimi and squid ink fried rice.
Craig Villamor: Very authentic. The tempura chicken was best I’ve ever had in my life. Try the chicken sashimi if you’re brave!
José Rodríguez: Ippuku is amazing. Takes me back to a robot grill I enjoyed in Osaka... Corn, bluelake beans, grilled mochi in nori, bacon-wrapped tomatoes, and hard-to-find beers from Japan... Love the cedar!

Frank Kim: They have 3 different Hitachino Nest beers, had a great meal here, the flavors of the Ocean Umami, the Uni risotto, and the Calpico sorbet with blueberry were just amazing.
Eater: With both Japanese and American influences, the menu spans sushi, miso-cured pork chops, sea urchin fettuccine, and hibachi-grilled beef tongue. It's rustic and refined at the same time.
Laurie Dalzell: Fabulous food here!

Jim Martini: Great view of SF out over the water. Great craft beer, sushi, raw bar, good prices. What more could you ask for
David Sanger: Eat in the bar if you don't want to wait for a table.
Willard Wheaton Davis: Their Halibut Fish & Chips is out of this world- so much flakier and tender than Cod- Try the Crab Cake on Succotash pesto-Sauce- Hmm and what a View! We always get their artichoke dip to begin.
