David & co. have put together the complete package, w/ design & product. Great space, friendly service, and completely delicious. Tried the matcha latte, which is simply dreamy creamy!
I love this place! I always get the pearl green milk tea, which is not too sweet and good. Their boba is the perfect texture and the workers are nice. You will have a pricey addiction to this place.

Love Peet's in general, but this shop is meh. Slow, long lines on weekday mornings (when they ought to have their A-Team on) and consistent common errors on simple drinks. Sticking to Telegraph Peet's
Try the Momo Combination - 3 Chicken momos, 3 tofu momos, 3 mushroom momos. Chicken were my favorites. They're like Tibetan potstickers.
For the record, the 'spicy' is tolerable. 'Medium spicy' is mild.
Get the momos, especially a combo to share. Also, save room for the Bhaktsa Marku for dessert!
