Go with the Trust Me and you will go to Sushi Heaven. The albacore sushi literally melts in your mouth. This is foodporn at it's best!
The rice is SO good, also the albacore was extremely fresh the day I was there.
While you can't go wrong with anything here, the albacore and albacore belly are my favorites! The "Trust Me" is good bang for your buck!

Bone-in Fillet was excellent, perfectly cooked to my taste. The signature warm butter cake is a must for dessert!
Sashimi was cut a little thicker than I prefer but delicious none the less. I also loved the crispy rice and the budai salmon roll. Yummm

The esprit of Nozawa lives on at this smaller, more intimate sushi bar behind the Sugarfish in Beverly Hills, where a fixed omakase gets served with extreme precision. Quality of fish is top notch.
The adventurous meal is well worth its pricey tag. Expect pristine quality seafood like live octopus, monkfish liver, and several preparations of uni. Also, maybe the best toro you've ever tried.

Always do the omakase. Being a practitioner of Edomae sushi, expect the fish to be cut long and ample and the rice in small quantity. Sorry, no rolls.
There's a deli at the back of the store. Tried the Triple Decker Turkey Sub & it was OK, but the Southern Chicken Sandwich was terrible. Go for cold sandwiches if you had to.
