Bleu Brisket
The poutine is delicious. They use a black bean reduction instead of gravy. And they add brisket, green onions, and bleu cheese. Must try!
EVERYTHING is great here. It's difficult to not get the poutine every time, but I think I have had most of the menu and SLG is my favorite restaurant in Boise. Also very well thought out tap list.
