Really nice park in Brooklyn...they have a really nice bike path if you like to bike!
Get there early and get a nice spot in the sun to relax. Great for biking, picnics, and BBQ.
Pack a lunch and some sun screen. End your bike ride ant the end of 69 St. Pier and say hello to the Statue of Liberty!
Love going for walks or runs here! The only thing I don't love is when bikers think it's cool to ride through the pedestrian section when there's a whole lane for bikes!

Historic. Better for walk/run. Don't try to bike too fast--use Manhattan bridge. The tourist hordes here will jump in your way for a selfie.

Huge selection, 2 floors plus another storefront up the block! Carlos is friendly and helpful. I ended up with a bike that fit my needs without being pressured into buying something I didn't want.
Buy your bikes and every last scrap of bike paraphernalia from Carlos and his friendly, smart staff. But don't them pack your bike to ship cross-country unless you like paying for repairs.

Ride your bike down Ocean Parkway from Prospect Park to Coney Island. Marvel at the destruction of a once vibrant area.

Small and hilly oasis that is a haven for the locals – it’s the perfect place to take a stroll with the kids and the dog. The playground is a bit wild. Visit the ski hill in the winter.

Beautiful rest spot 4 fishing, jogging, biking, picnic tables.
Pay for ferry at kiosk or via the online app. Lines can get long on nice days. Only 10 bikes allowed osr ferry so if in a group be prepared to wait.
Lovely place to watch the sunset. Probably good for fireworks too.
