This bar is great. It's a great find in an area which is rather barren when it comes to nightlife. It doubles as a flower shop. You can get a beer and a bouquet for your significant other for $10!

I always discover new color combos and flowers I haven’t seen before. Flowers last long too. They also carry gorgeous, multicolored “fillers” so beautiful I’d be happy with a bouquet of just those.

One of my favorite coffee places in the neighborhood, which has quite a few to choose from. Some seats both in and outside. I can vouch for the espresso drinks, cold brew, and iced tea — all are good.

Eric Famisan and Sarah Ryhanen's hand-cut olive-oil-based soaps are sold worldwide, but only at their secret garden-esque Red Hook shop can you scoop them up along with gorgeous seasonal bouquets.

I'm no connoisseur (tend to pick wine by the design on the label), but it seems like they keep the cheaper stuff on a table in the middle, and in general have a great selection.
