The butcher’s steak is essentially hanger steak with garlic butter. The NY strip steak is basically steak au poivre (pepper steak). The veal flank steak is served with chimichurri.
Phenomenal "hanger" steak. Mashed potatoes amazing. I will be talking about this place for forever. 2006 Sonoma Valley Pinot Noir compliments well.

Pilot is not just a restaurant but a museum of history. Sea food was ultra fresh, view and service excellent and drinks meant business. Loved it 💕

Delicious pastries. Go for the flaky, crispy, croissant-like cinnamon roll with bits of apple for $1.50 over the chocolate croissant. Stick to Upright just up the street for your iced coffee though.
