Grandma Ragu is good but the winner is Black Linguini with seafood. Legends are written about it.
Love the black linguini (made with fresh squid ink pasta & calamari in a spicy tomato sauce).
Come for dinner, skip the brunch. Grandma's ragu or squid linguini. Start off with the Brooklyn seasonal on tap, sautéed calamari and some pate crostini. Sit at the front, it's much cooler.
Get the mushrooms, eggplant, and artichokes. Artichokes stole the show but the rest were excellent. Anchovy linguine and tortellini very good. Only negative was our waitress who had an attitude :/
The ricotta bread could use some flavor. The eggplant was weird- too many flavors. The butter linguine was not as good as you would think buttery pasta should be. Overall not impressed.

Black Linguine is good, so is the fried calamari. Order both and your in for a calamari overload, no complaints. Cocktails are boring and expensive, I'd stick with wine.
Love it here. The black linguine, the wine, the amazing owners. It's perfect and cozy. Nice garden and upstairs private room for events!
Linguini with white clam sauce is fantastic. Ask for the clams in the shell for that special someone. The sausage pizzaiola with mushrooms and peppers is also great. Ask for it over spaghetti!
Best Veal I ever had. I had the Filet of veal loaded with cherry peppers, vinegar peppers, and potatoes which was cooked to perfection. It was so tendon that i could use my fork to cut it. I Recommend
Delicious family-style Italian food from a restaurant that’s been around for over 50 years. Go basic with the Spaghetti and Meatballs and Chicken Parmigiana.
The Sinatra pasta and the linguine Nero are awesome!
The food is wonderful. Try the Eggplant Siciliano app - perfect! Also, the Fioretti pasta entree. Downside, extremely noisy.

One of the best restaurants in Williamsburg, w/o question; try the truffle ravioli... And one of the best wine cellars in NYC.
The meatballs were surprisingly moist and delicious. The fresh salted mozzarella, clam linguine and calabrese pizza were tasty as well.
Highly recommend the cheese, meat, vegetable sampler, the linguini, meatballs and roasted chicken.
Great spot tucked away in an up and coming area of South Williamsburg. Fresh mozzarella and homemade meatballs were outstanding. The short rib is done with a red sauce, offering a nice flair.
Linguini is TDF.

Doesn't take reservations, but worth a visit! Great menu, service and decor. Really enjoyed the Dijon bacon, popovers and linguini w roasted mushrooms. Pecan pie sundae is a must!

Great old fashioned fish place. Baked clams nice and lightly. Reader, steamed calamari with medium sauce and ordered a side of linguine. Good fish filet sandwich, run still by the Randazzo family!!!!

Really great brunch. French toast with raspberry butter is amazing. The coffee is dark and flavorful. Sausage links are good. My fiancée likes the eggy stuff she gets.

Keep an eye out for Groupons for La Villa. For some unknown reason, they offer them quite regularly. The last $30 meal I got cost only $10 because of a Groupon.
Dinner was awesome - the house-made Linguine with breadcrumbs + the creme brulee dessert especially. Super nice garden in the back for nice days, and wasn't too crowded when we got there early on a

Order this exactly: Carafe of the house red wine is good - and cheap! Robiola and Taleggio cheese as an appetizer. Cavatelli with sausage and sage butter for an entree. mmmmmmmm
