The goulash is fantastic - we usually get one each and split the weisswurst-teller (white sausage plate). The tap list is great, and there's a few german whites as well.

It’s true, the cheesecake is famously good…especially when you can take it to go! The food is all-american diner, with a very old-school menu. Huge portions.
Burger and garlic fries are amazing. Pumpkin bread pudding tastes like meat--gross.
Even if it is warm enough, don't sit outside. The atmosphere inside is too fantastic to miss. Also, drink a whiskey drink, as Chumbawumba once said.
