Possibly the nicest soccer field in the city. Brand new turf field right on the the river looking out on Manhattan.

Every Saturday and Sunday when it's warm out (Apr-Oct) you'll find some of the BEST Mexican and Central American food trucks parked at the soccer field. My fav is the Country Boys' quesadillas.
A ton of food options so go w/ a friend and share a couple plates. Try the watermelon sandia drink, beef tostadas, pupusas and then walk to Ikea and take the free water taxi home
head over to the vendors and grab a tamale or pupusa, elote (corn with cotija and chili powder) and a watermelon drink. don't fill up here; there are most culinary stops on this tour.

The rubber track is integrated into the patch of trees that cicle the soccer field, once inside the track you are transported from the urban milieu, you are taking a walk through the woods!

Great place to go jogging - the track is real track material and easy on the body. 1 lap = .45 mi. 9 laps is about 4 miles (but spring for 10 and do 4.5!)

Large open space, excellent for jogging. Basketball courts and soccer field see heavy use, but recently renovated tennis courts surprisingly empty most of the time.

One of the best parks in Brooklyn to chill out with friends. If you’re sporty the park has baseball & soccer fields, a track and a pool! There’s even a dog area.
My puppy loves this park at night, plenty of grass area to roam and you can unleash your dog after 9 p.m. Lighted field & track and summer film screenings are a super plus!
