Tourist trap, avoid. Quick service, bad food overpriced. Fish soup was weak with floating stuff, bad tasting milt, bone in the deep-fried fish aka "haltepertő".

Great little restaurant. The mixed fish plate for two people is more than enough and very tasty. Homemade syrups lemongrass and lavender was awesome. Try any syrup. Lemon cake was good too.

They focus on serving a few types of soups and sides with a high level of freshness & flavor rather than having tons of options. The shrimp soup was delicious, as were the spring rolls.

Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays are concert days. Gigs start at 9 PM. Better book a table nearby the stage.

Duck liver terrine is simply amazing. Served with sweet onion marmalade, fresh green and tomatoes. You must order their sourdough bread, too!
Delicious daily soups and desserts, but come here for the heavenly roasts, especially the pork parts - though the duck and lamb are great too. Price is fair or even cheap for the area and quality.

Delicious cold starters and seafood soup
I personally think this is one of the best restaurants in Budapest. Eating here feels like a family visit. Try the Tzatziki and keep it with you during the entire meal.
