Egg sandwich is the best but be prepared to wair for it (worth it). Mexican coffee is sinful/delish.
Get the early steak and eggs with sourdough toast, it makes a good day into a great day!!

Definite brk when in and around buffalo or niagara area! Carol's cooler is grt, summer brkfast(portobello, eggs, red pepper, gouda with 3-grain nut and raisin bread), chilaquilles and tofu scramble!!!

They have a Toast Bar! Try any fresh bread toasted with fresh butter, fresh organic chicken or egg salad, or local fresh goat cheese. $2/slice or $3 for 2 slices of the same bread.
I am in love! Buffalo has done it again. Breakfast consisted of boiled eggs, lemon lavender tea, cheddar and cinnamon raisin toast and a cinnamon roll. Some of the best food and atmosphere in town.
Protein toast with mascarpone cheese and orange apricot marmalade- so good!

The best Greek diner in Buffalo. It's not on the menu anymore, but order the 2-2-2... 2 eggs, 2 pieces of sausage and 2 pieces of toast with butter. Leave a good tip!

T-Meadow farms had whole pork belly today. Time to smoke my own bacon. Also grabbed some fresh duck eggs and an everything bagel from Bread Hive.
Also five points bakery's multigrain bread is hearty and delish.
Get cheese from First Light, beer from Community Beer Works, yogurt from White Cow and a whole wheat cinnamon roll from Five Points.
