Delicious Indian food, and plenty of great vegetarian options! Veggie biryani, saag paneer and paneer tikka are outstanding; Mixed veggie curry, chicken tandoori and tikka are solid. Samosa > pakora.
Everything they cook here is very good. I typically go with the Chicken Saag or Chicken Tikka Masala. Be sure to pick up some naan too!

I love Beat Brasserie, the atmosphere is great for dates but does get crowded fairly quickly. Great wine bar and selection, food is decent but the vibe is what draws folks. Phenomenal live music

If you're planning on eating, arrive early or plan on waiting a while for a table (or eating at the crowded bar). Try one of the ingeniously developed cocktails, like the Purple Door.
Fantastic Biryani. Strange levels of spiciness. Medium tastes very mild. Hot will bring you to tears. Ask for medium-hot and you'll get the former or latter.
Run by the nicest man in Cambridge. Order a bunch of stuff and he may demand you try something else on the house.
Bring a friend with daring tastes. Order a paper masala dosa and a samosa chaat. Save room for a rose falooda and Indian sweets. You up for it? :)
Go for the Thaali platter, you'll get SO MUCH food, and a great sampler of amazing Indian cuisine. (and for a reasonable price!)
Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this place. By far the worst dining experience I've had. Not one food item tasted right. Can't believe this place is still in business
