Great time share. Nearly every room has an Ocean view. For excursions and grocery trips we use the local bus. Nice pool, kept at a very comfortable temp and a great swim up bar and 3:00 happy hour.

Don't miss the daily happy hour from 4-6 with BOGO cocktails. Breakfast buffet is awesome. Service in the hotel restaurants is extremely slow and Champs is way too loud.
Great Vacation spot! Ask the Concierge for coupons, you'll get 15% off all their restaurants. La Capilla was the best!

The keyword: hospitality. We love baristas here, they are kind and helpful. AC works on high, cappuccino is tasty as always. Starbucks Cancun rocks hard! ^^
Servers tend to cater to the locals first and prepare their orders first. I now hold off on my tip until when and how I'm served.

The club rooms aren’t great but the included breakfast and happy hour make up for it.
Closest hotel to the airport, with the friendliest staff! Don't know why anyone else had stinky pillows or anything -- our room was great. This is an awesome value and a fun place to stay.
Staff here are brilliant. If you are a spg member go & see cristian the concierge. Hotel is a little dated but it's quiet, food is great & service makes up for everything.
Get the ocean view room with breakfast.. Little more but worth it .. Good hotel and close from all the good things ..

Hamburgers, fries with cheese and bacon, salad....everything was delicious!! The hamburger (don’t remember the name) had inside real rib eye pieces!! Very tasty!! Perfect service!! Well done!!
