Be sure to admire the mural on the wall along the inside of the theater. Google "Sottile Theater mural" to read about this artistic gem discovered upon removal of acoustic tiles during restoration.

It's an small museum with interesting real pics and art from the 1,700/1,800s. Mixed with some contemporary art paints. Was free admission day. Normally costs 9 dollars per person but discounts apply.
We enjoyed our walk through the museum. Lots of different styles of artwork and a beautiful building to host it all in.

While you’re exploring an exhibit at the Halsey Institute, make sure you settle into a beanbag chair in the media room for a behind-the-scenes glimpse of the featured artist.
The small museum on the College of Charleston’s campus is a welcome addition to the city’s art scene. Past exhibits have included American artists Jasper Johns and Shepard Fairey.
Stop on the 3rd floor to see what shows the Theatre Department are putting up!
Bring old school red/blue 3D glasses and check out the mural upstairs!

A must visit! We had hours of fun! Lots to do and learn in the castle, pirate boat, waterwise area, art area, etc.
ACM reciprocal! Small but my boys (5 & 3) love every inch. Castle and Pirate ship are the highlights for them but the painting and craft area are also very nice.

Really unique produce and vendors. Waffles on a stick, pickled okra, BBQ for breakfast, biscuits with gravy. It was amazing.
The crepe stand may have a long wait but it is soooooo worth it.
If you knit, sew, spin, tat, weave, or quilt, check out the wonderful fiber arts display, about halfway through the main gallery on the second floor!
We love the Charleston Museum! Such a gem. Their locally-focused exhibits are always fun and amazing.
Everything from mummies to strange creatures in bottles like in the horror movies. Some truly interesting history. Not the largest museum but I wasn't disappointed.

Bin is the one place I go to every time I'm in town. Amazing wine, great cheese, and wonderful owners who are always happy to recommend something new and delicious— and then let you sample it!

Really nice place! Great location. The Junior Suite had a big tub and pretty fireplace in the room, plus the little extras were great: breakfast made-to-order, managers reception@4, and cookies@9.
