I’m a brisket eater and thought I chose wrong when I found out it was only pork and chicken. Well we had the three meats and it was the best ever pork belly, pulled pork and ribs I’ve ever had.
The individual tacos are great, especially the chorizo!!! Served with extra sauces on double corn tortillas, street style!
