First Charlotte theater since I moved here that was great. When the trends for loud and the ushers were informed, the ushers actually "took care of business". made me see movies in Charlotte again.
Small screens, big movies
Screens are small, but I love the movie selections and crowds at this theater--- people that actually want to watch the movie and not just there cause there's nothing else to do, like some theaters.

A great spot day or night. Bowling, sushi, movies, pizza, shopping, margaritas, dueling pianos, bars, nightclubs. If you are in a group and only want to come to one spot Uptown, this is the one.
Great for a night out. All sorts of bars and restaurants. Cool nightlife scene. Check out the bowling alley or the eat in movie theater. Make sure to get your parking validated!

It says online that it starts at 7pm, but really they don't start the show until it gets dark. Band will play first then movie begins at around 9:15pm. It was well worth it! Great views around! :-)

The least crowded parking spots can be around back at the far end (away from the movie theaters.) You'll come in on the lower floor by the CMC satellite community health center.
