Great fresh bagels. Family run and friendly staff that are always happy to see you. My go to is the Nova Lox on an everything bagel with tomatoes, onions and capers.

Their biscuits are amazing (+apple butter!), and I really love the black bean cakes, tofu scramble, and omelettes! Really really good options good if you're vegetarian.

Best sub place in CLT! Wednesday's after 4 and all day Sunday, kids under 12 eat for free. Therefore, they get REALLY busy, especially after church. Keep that in mind when deciding on lunch/dinner.
