Make sure that you visit the nature center. meet live snakes, turtles, frogs and other critters. Biking is only allowed on paved surfaces. Trails in the nature preserve are only for hiking.
Keep an eye out for wildlife! Lots of cool turtles, snakes, lizzards, spiders, and birds if you know where to look.

Neat place to bring the kids. Have a variety of animals for them to see and a few activities that kids will enjoy. We went on the lizard, snake, turtle day and it was worth it.

Something fun to explore for all ages (even the big kids). Check out their adults only event, Science on the Rocks, the 3rd Friday of each month.
This place takes hands-on exploring to an extreme. Rainforests, science experiments, wind tunnels & the largest movie screen in the Carolinas will keep kids of all ages entertained for hours.
Try the Turtle Cheesecake or Pineapple Upside Down Cheesecake! My mouth waters just thinking about it.
The small plates are great to sample several items and the skinny menu is great so you can save room for Cheesecake!
If you like Red Velvet cake, try the Red Velvet cheesecake! Sooooo good!
