Stephanie Clark: Delicious Vegetarian Panini with hummus, eggplant, red pepper, etc. Very satisfying with a side of pasta salad. Excellent French press with Guatemalan coffee.
Michael Daily: The corn beef and swiss quiche is amazing. The house roast is also great! Velo coffee can't go wrong. By far the best coffee shop atmosphere in Chattanooga.

Ryan Landis: Pork Confit pizza is awesome. First thing I tried and still my favorite thus far. Great if you like spicy stuff. Also, ask about/try the vinegar drinks. So yummy. The cucumber lime is especially good.
Alei Burns: best pizza in Chatt (and that's coming from a New Yorker); service is fabulous and the vinegars are unique and delicious!
Paige Wiencke: Grilled cheese/ tomato soup. Do it. Don't be a punk.
