Of course they have amazing chicken, but their tamales are to die for! Definitely give them a try.
Had the Tomatoes, tamales, catfish, and Fried Chicken and we loved it all! Will be back often! Next time gettin my 40!
the Tamales with Coleslaw were fantastic! And yes, I was skeptical about mixing coleslaw & tamales but it was DELICIOUS!
You can never go wrong with the fried chicken. Catfish is also superb. Hot tamales are fabulous! And for someone who's not into them, the chicken livers are tasty!

The carnitas platter is excellent. Tender marinated pork, refried beans, rice and plenty of toppings. Plenty to share - if you really want to.

The chicken tamales are 75% masa and very little bits of cubed chicken. The best thing about it was the sauce. Not impressed.
The longhorn quesadilla deserves its great rep-nice smoky flavor. The tamales are tender and tasty. Good guacamole, mild salsa, spicy pico de gallo.

Ignore the menu and order the Texas Fatijas you won't be disappointed. Also if the salsa is to spicy, order a mild salsa for free and if to mild add one scoop of regular salsa. Perfect.

Tuesday night at this Amigos is half price nacho night. Good place to eat and even better on Tuesday night with half price nachos.
I like the vegetarian and meat sampler dishes. Great service too!

I know it’s mall food but I haven’t had something here that I did NOT like. The calamari slaps, chicken dishes are good and so is the cheesecake. Great service at the bar!
Bad Service, not just us but several tables near us. Manager even walked past without responding to my request for his attention😟
