Matcha Latte is perfect. Not too sweet which I like. And the staff is super friendly. Also huge space perfect for working.
Staff is nice and big open place (can easily bring a stroller). Coffee price is okay. Oh and Matcha scone tastes good.

Hands down, the best chai latte ever. The fact that they serve Balthazar scones and show surf videos only makes it better. A great place to unwind.
