An amazing restaurant, I try to get to it every time I am in town. Try the tempura rock shrimp or the Brussel Sprout Salad. The Lobster Wagu roll...cue the drooling...now.

Amazing sushi! Start w/ the saketini, oxtail pot stickers, rock shrimp tempura. Get crispy rice spicy tuna jalapeño and escolar "the great white". Both to die for. Then have more "living jewel" sake.

The sushi is the best I've had in the city. Try the Spicy Blue Crab, Spider, Sweet Potato Tempura, Summer Passion, or Volcano maki. They also have the BEST crab rangoon in the city.

Tried the "Triple S" roll per many recommendations including Time Out Chicago's. I prefer the "Lovers" roll but everything was wonderful and fresh. Intimate setting perfect for date night.
Awesome food friendly service the tempura was amazing the shrimp dumpling where out of this world and the prices very reasonable but the softcrabshell roll was unbelievable.
They do some amazing wines (that aren't even listed - asked them)! Really good food and worth a visit : )

Really interesting take on the sushi roll. Tempura fried seaweed in place of taco shell, then packed just like a sushi roll. Inventive and delicious.

50% off Monday tasted, well, like 50% off . . . . Service was excellent but the sushi just was not good. Banana Tempura is very sweet - save this for dessert if you do decide to try Nori.

Gyoza and shrimp tempura rolls were alright. Pier 69, i did not like. Chicago roll was REALLY good! My husband ordered the Robata #2 and enjoyed it. Miso soup is really good here too, very flavorful.
