For those of you that are wondering what the fuck a Jibarito is, relax I will tell you. Basically, the typical bread on this sandwich is replaced with fried plantains. They are amazing and garlicky.

Food's really gone downhill, u can tell my whole dish was nuked. Beans on plate completely dried out, rice was hard, plantain enchiladas EXTREMELY hot, hotter than if fresh made. Not busy at all.

This is the best jibarito in the city. Steak is the way to go. Get the PR rice instead of white, it has tons of flavor. Sandwiches and jibaritos come with bread and AMAZING chicken noodle soup!!

This I not authentic Cuban restaurant. Average at best, sweet plantains were greasy, espresso was terrible, and cafe cubano they hadn't a clue. :(
