A really great eating concept: design your own sushi! Tuna rolls were excellent as was the carrot ginger salad. Very fast service. Recommend the sweet soy and spicy mayo sauces
The sushi was great. I enjoyed the agave lemonade and the spicy mayo was good. All there utensils are compostable. The roasted tofu was good.
