Red beans and rice was delicious. Catfish po' boy, and queso delicious too. Great place.

The Chicken Fajita is excellent. Have them add rice and a little hot sauce to it, it's very good! And for the smoothies and veggie drinks, I've yet to try any that were not delicious!
Get a shot of wheat grass, and hold it in your mouth for a minute. It's a little strange at first, but a great pick-me-up any time of day.
Some of the dishes (etoufee, red beans & rice) are quite spicy, so be prepared.

The spice scale they give you is 1-10, but you can request to go hotter. Tried an 11 tonight. Next time I'll go to 12!

You can bring your own drinks to Ruthai's so you can always have your favorite beer or wine with your dinner! So much cheaper than buying wine!
