They never have enough ppl working the cash registers- and forget about trying anything on! Same stuff you can find at a thrift store- Cute nail polish though.
They only have 1 dressing room open at all times and its downstairs. I asked a group of sales associates chatting about their weekend and they said not enough employees are working to man them. Ummmmm

Smaller compared to other Nordstrom Racks in the Houston area but there is a great variety of shoes! Wish there was more variety of clothes!

Since it is still a brand new store, be prepared to wait in line for a fitting room and to check out. It's a small space with a lot of people milling about. Really good prices though!
