The trails are kept up very well.the frog pond is awesome when lily pads have little frogs on them.
Nature trails are amazing! Park at the end and walk the trails to the parks for some added exercise!

Trails didn't seem like much but it has a rock climbing area if you have your own climbing equipment.

I nice hidden little park. I like the quick 1 mile track.
One loop around is not a full mile, more like 0.7. I had to do about 3 1/2 loops for a 2.5 mile run
