mozzarella has a smoky flavor and the sauce is very rich. smokin joes garlic butter crust is the only type to get. It's a campus institution because the food is fudgin killer.
We loved the smokin Joe's crust. Made our own meat lovers with the sausage, bacon, & cajun hotlinks. Crispy crust bottom with garlic butter on outer crust. Wish we lived closer!
