Midtfyns imperial doubble ipa. Maybe the best ipa in the world. And really difficult to find. Get it here.
Beer and sometimes live jazz music (Monday nights?). Many different types of people, very low key and local atmosphere. Avoid the bad quality wine.

Home of the 'Slow Beer'. Uncarbonated Carlsberg that takes 20 minutes to pour and looks like an ice cream. Worth the wait though!

Just awesome! When you buy the entrance(85 DDK) you get 2 beers. Don't miss the bottle collection and the bar upstairs. Beer is very cheap there. Buy it and bring home! Cheaper than in the markets.
Don't dare you to skip this place when you are visiting Copenhagen. Just fabulous!
