Oreo cheesecake is nice but u need to reaaally love sweets, if not after one bite u cannot eat more. If u prefer something less sweet and easier to eat, go for the lemon or lime merengue cheesecake

New kaffe og kage spot in FRB. Lots of cheesecake, and the supposed cheesecake master comes from New York. :) They also do wine and tapas in the evenings. Free wifi.

Love the performance aspect with liquid nitrogen to make rack order of ice cream. The salted caramel was great. The rhubarb not so much (and I love rhubarb!)

Amazing ice-cream. Sorbets are so creamy and bursting with flavour and their signature combinations (I've tired coffee & lemongrass, beet & star anise, passion fruit & vanilla) are out of this world.
Alternative flavours but they know what they are doing.
I have been to most of the smaller ice cream dairies of Copenhagen, and this is with out doubt the best. The ice cream and the ingredients are always of the highest quality. And combinations are great
