I love the shoyu ramen. The noodles are done to perfection. If you have a vegetarian companion, the veggie ramen is a very special experience, too.

Spicy miso ramen (level 4) was very yummy and not too spicy. But I liked the monthly special even more, not sure how it was called. Very rich broth and decent noodles.

This reminds me of living in Tokyo! The spicy ramen is amazing and the restaurant has a good beer selection (on tap and bottled in a Japanese vending machine).
Can't speak to the authenticity people are generally preoccupied with when it comes to "ethnic" food but this is the best bowl of pho I have had in CPH. Quiet. Good value. Delicious.

Great soup
Perfect, small dishes for sharing and sampling. The scallops, fois gras and mussle soup were all excellent, as was the raspberry liquorice dessert. Highly recommended!
