For me, Cusco's best spot. Go for lunch. Sit on the terrace overlooking the square. The amuse bouche will blow your mind. Great sushi, panko prawns and causa rolls. Even greater pisco sours!
Must try the ceviche and deep fried ribs. Skip the sushi.
Ceviche are really yummy! Kapchi is really good for vegetarians.

You must try the Cordero + Risotto ( Lots of Cheese in Risotto) and the Ají de Gallina ( Chicken with Awesome Peruvian Yellow Pepper Sauce). The Aji fish secretly brings a lot of melted Parmesan 😉
Their service is excellent! They go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and satisfied. Brayan was out waiter and he was extremely pleasant. Ceviche is awesome, the trout soup and pisco too!

Make sure to try the trout ceviche appetizer. I generally never like ceviche, but felt I had to try it since its the local specialty. And wow! I'm officially a fan... but I think only in Peru.
Outstanding service! Try the lamb shoulder, trout ceviche, alpaca pizza and alpaca brochettes. Guinea pig is also very tasty!

Muy buena comida, ceviche, loco carnes y el vino. Lo único que no me agradó fue que hubo un poco de descordinacion entre los mozos y falta de interés para saber si necesitamos algo o estaba todo bien.
Delicioso, comimos de entrada un ceviche peruano delicioso, de plato fuerte un lomo fino en piedras volcánicas, con maracuya pisco y de postre locura de chocolate! Muy recomendado!!

Have been for lunch and dinner and both very pleasant. Beef carpaccio and the Mediterranean trout are both very good. Nice atmosphere and usually quite busy.
