An unexpected gem in what appears to be a former Taco Bueno. A beautiful upscale space with delicious and unique foods. You must try the butternut squash soup, short ribs, and apple baklava.
Everything is good! The menu changed this week - I tried the meatballs (mix of lamb and beef) along with a plate of olives and a salad.

We had the tasting menu and it was sooooo delicious. And the big eye tuna is AMAZING - literally melts in your mouth. The dessert was heavenly as well. So pick anything you want, you can't go wrong.
I highly recommend this place! Best Sazerac in town, Sweet Potato Chip Duck Confit is delicious to start and the Brased Beef Short Rib is simply amazing (too bad it's on the dinner menu only).

For appetizers, try the Jonah Crab dip. For my main, I had the nightly pasta special (fettuccine with tuna confit), and it was excellent as well. I will definitely return.
Food is fantastic and starting with homemade barbecue chips and onion dip is a good start. Service is superb and drink/cocktail menu extensive.

Matchbox was AMAZING. Their Braised Short Ribs and BBQ Baby back ribs are amazing. The pizza was great and their drinks are very much on point. Definitely making this place a frequent spot!

matchbox meat pizza: pepperoni, sausage and bacon in a 10" plate size. For $15. Tasted like a thin crust Dominos pizza. It wasn't bad, just uninspired with a boring crust.

The short rib sandwich is impossible to eat with your hands, use the knife they give you. Whole button mushrooms in the sandwich should be sliced and sautéed but other than that it was delicious

The quality of the food here is amazing. Had a breakfast burger with an English muffin and fried egg. The salsa verde fries are crazy good and the best tomato soup I have ever had.

Started with cheesesteak egg rolls. Solid! Veal meatloaf & short rib stroganoff both very good. Grits are something special. With that said the Nutella bread pudding is to die for!! Service superb!
The lunch steak special is outstanding! $20 for a 6oz. Filet mashed and a veggie. Perfect portion!
