I love it all! Burnt Ends (crazy good), Pastrami (excellent), Smoked Turkey (love the little touch of espresso), beef rib (get there early!), custard filled Cornbread (to die for), and truffle mac!!

I can't stress enough that CCG has the best French dip Au jus. Something about the perfect thinly sliced prime rib, not-so-chewy bread, and the au jus itself

The smoked beef ribs are exceptional. They are meaty and plentiful. The large rack of ribs for $40 feeds two people. The cocktail list is all top shelf liquor and drinks are creatively prepared.
