Stayed here 2x, both bad experiences. AC never works and they won't fix it. They also charged me over an add'l $300 for my room and wouldn't fix it. Sink started gurgling water at 5am, don't stay here

Very nice hotel in a great shopping location. Staff need some guest service training though, definitely room for improvement.
Park in the garage across 16th street on the weekends for only $5 a day instead of $26 a day valet parking.
