Mushroom pappardelle are excellent but a bit heavy from the cream.
Brunch, the white pizza, goat pasta when available. Basically everything is great.
Really enjoyed the pappardelle with rabbit ragu. The elk tartare was very interesting and unique. The idea of incorporating Indian flavors into Italian worked well.

Best food in downtown Denver! Go for happy hour from 2:30-6:00pm. Try the "Panztini" or "A Perfect Pear" specialty drinks for $5. Plus fantastic tapas for $3 - $5. Best is Pappardelle alla Bolognese.
Absolutely Amazing. If you're visiting denver, consider staying at the Hotel Monaco! Very unique hotel and dog friendly! If you don't bring a four legged friend you get a goldfish in your room!

Darn good cocktails. For food, I recommend the Social Burger. It's a circus of flavors including: bourbon maple glazed bacon, truffle aioli, and jalapeño raspberry jam. Just get it.
