The smoothies are a great boost in the mornings (when I'm usually running late anyways) and the Perky Jerky helps get through the low parts of the day. The staff is totally awesome and very friendly.
Any smoothie you get here will be way better than anything you can get at Jamba Juice. My favorite is the Blueberry Blast with apple juice instead of milk. It is amazing!

YUMMY Oatmeal is only 5 WW points - it's only 4 points if you ask for it without the brown sugar crumble but it is SOOOO worth the extra point ;) I love the bananas!
Chunky Strawberry Topper makes an excellent breakfast.
Brunch on the weekends starts at 10am. The Johnny cakes are delicious...and I recommend the Weekend Warrior smoothie!
All te food is great. Weekend warrior is an awesome smoothie on weekends. Tlt, spaghetti squash casserole, everything is great.
