Social News Network: Discovery Green is a phenomenal place to see concerts. The setting is beautiful in the middle of downtown, but also spacial, which makes for not a bad picnic, either.
Brian Knobloch: Great hotel just minutes from it all. Staff is accommodating and very pleasant. The Brazos Grill serves up some good food. And the price is very reasonable.
CultureMap Houston: Once known as the Whitehall, this hotel has housed British royalty. In 2001, it was renovated and became a Crowne Plaza.

Vincent Melgarejo: The hotel is very well appointed. And, even though you don't swim, I recommend the rooftop patio past the pool. Amazing views that few guests discover. Can see frm the Ship Channel to the Galleria!
Dexter Cromley: This Hotel has the worst Wi-fi in it's hotel rooms. It is slow slow.
