Well know cupcakes for a reason - they are delicious. So many flavors to enjoy, several that are seasonal or only on rotation once to twice a week.
Red velvet cupcake is awesome... And if they are busy which they always are just hit up the cupcake ATM right outside the place to get ur cupcake on the go.... ;)

Gets pretty busy at lunch time but doin't despair - they zoom through the queue. Always delicious and huge portions. Great for a quick lunch.

Wins for best sushi downtown. Don't come here for fancy rolls, just great quality fish. The rice is perfectly warmed, the fish very fresh. Go for the "trust me" and remember most don't need soy sauce!
