Danielle Booher: This is one of the nicest looking malls with a lot of great stores and a huge food court! Definitely a place to visit if you are in Durham!

Justin Baker: I have to agree with other people here and saying the customer service is lacking. I stood at a register for 8 minutes and no one came. By the time I reached someone he was short and rude.

Michael Dowd: Customer service is really on the decline here. Not sure why, but the past 6-7 months, it feels less friendly and more arrogant. Not what I have come to expect.
