I have to agree with other people here and saying the customer service is lacking. I stood at a register for 8 minutes and no one came. By the time I reached someone he was short and rude.
Customer service is really on the decline here. Not sure why, but the past 6-7 months, it feels less friendly and more arrogant. Not what I have come to expect.
The best prices are on Nordstrom labels. Especially impressive are the jewelry and cosmetics deals, which always seem to be stocked consistently with my favorite items.
