These are my two favorite foods- beer, cheese. Everything I've eaten here is perfect but small portions. Awkwardly narrow passage next to the bar to get to the back. Very cozy and casual.

This place is a hidden neighborhood gem with a nondescript door next to Earl's beer & cheese. The bar is small, dark, and intimate. Tino is an expert barman. Ask him about his pooch @ home.

The legendary breakfast sandwich lives up to its name. The people are really sweet (sit at the diner style bar to schmooze with them) and coffee is excellent

Cozy little place with wonderful Mexican food. Feels like you're getting a home-cooked meal. A number of great vegetarian options, including killer "Azteca" cemita. Be prepared to wait though.
The cemitas are like if Mexico and a greasy spoon diner had a baby and put it on a bun. To be eaten. So good.
The BEST! Love everything about this place- decor, food, service. The octopus is amazing (try the carpaccio!) Excellent wines. Seriously, everything is so good! Thank u for opening in East Harlem!!!
Delicious chicken avocado sandwich! Love that they use wooden boards as plates. Great little gem in east Harlem. Will be coming back!

Rub elbows with East Harlem elite. Cozy and classy. Truffle fries and sangria usually don't mix, but the eclectic variety seems to work here & boy does that sangria have kick! Great tapas and wines.

Best cafe in the neighborhood. OK place to work with WiFi and power, but often people having distracting meetings and not many good seats. Decent coffee. Really good almond and spice cookies.
